Micro Speed Computers is a registered business entity based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. We are a reseller of branded and original computer hardware, laptops, licensed software, and accessories. We are not a manufacturer of any products sold.
All products sold by Micro Speed Computers are sourced from authorized distributors or manufacturers.
We guarantee that all items sold are original, genuine, and subject to manufacturer warranty (where applicable).
Software products are sold with genuine licenses and activation keys.
Prices displayed are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and inclusive of VAT unless otherwise mentioned.
Micro Speed Computers reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
Payments can be made via cash, card, or other approved methods at the time of sale.
Full payment must be made before delivery or handover of goods.
Orders are processed upon receipt of full payment and product availability.
Delivery within the UAE may be arranged upon request, subject to applicable charges.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by third-party logistics or customs are beyond our control.
Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty as specified.
Any returns or replacements must comply with the return policy, which requires:
Proof of purchase
Product in original packaging (for non-defective returns)
Return within [7/14] days of purchase, as applicable
Software and license keys are non-returnable and non-refundable once issued.
Micro Speed Computers is not responsible for defects, faults, or malfunctions arising from product manufacturing.
Any issues must be addressed directly with the product manufacturer under their warranty and service terms.
All software sold by Micro Speed Computers is licensed as per the vendor's terms.
It is the customer’s responsibility to read and comply with software EULA (End User License Agreement).
Pirated or cracked software is strictly prohibited and not supported by our company.
Micro Speed Computers shall not be liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Data loss, business interruption, or lost profits due to equipment failure
Misuse or unauthorized modifications to products after purchase
All logos, trademarks, brand names, and content on our website or promotional materials remain the intellectual property of their respective owners.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be published on our website and apply immediately upon posting.
