Products may be eligible for return or exchange only if they are found to be defective, damaged on delivery, or incorrectly supplied.
Return requests must be made within [7–14] days from the date of purchase or delivery.
Items must be returned in original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and the invoice.
As a reseller, Micro Speed Computers complies with the individual return and warranty terms set by the manufacturers of the products we sell.
Returns or repairs will be processed in accordance with the manufacturer's policy, including:

Repair/replacement procedures
Exclusions for misuse or damage

Shipping charges, if any, may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
